Homeaire celebrated our 40 year anniversary in 2009 and is the oldest air-conditioning company in Durban having originally been founded in 1969. As such we have traditionally held a strong position in the Durban market place. It has been in the Chrystal family since 1980 and during this time has built our name on high levels of service and personal care to our customers. This has allowed us to secure the clients we have and has been one of the main reasons we have been in business for the period of time we have.

Our goal at Homeaire is to create a lasting professional relationship with our customers. This starts from before the installation with an analysis of our customers needs to ensure the best suited machinery is selected to satisfy the individual customer's requirements.

Our sales team works closely with our customers on site to firstly ensure the installation is up to our required standards and then is properly handed over. This ensures the customer receives a professionally installed air conditioning system which they are knowledgeable on in terms of properly operating and maintaining.

Our relationship does not end after installation. We have a professional Service Department comprising 8 breakdown and service teams under our Service Manager's control to ensure we are able to offer a comprehensive after sales service.

We have refined and developed this process in the 40 years we have been in business and believe we offer a very comprehensive and satisfying air conditioning solution to our customers needs.
